WLC Tech B.V. attaches great value to your privacy. Our approach to privacy is in accordance with national data protection legislation. For example, WLC Tech B.V. does not sell your personal data to third parties. In this privacy statement, we explain how WLC Tech B.V. uses and protects your personal data.
What data do we collect and process?
Personal data is data that can identify a person directly or indirectly, such as your name, location data (IP address), email address and telephone number. WLC Tech B.V. only processes your personal data in the context of a business relationship with the company you work for or perform work for.
Customers, relations and suppliers
Your personal data is processed by us for entering into and executing agreements in line with the products and services that WLC Tech B.V. provides and managing the resulting relationships, including carrying out activities aimed at expanding our customer base. The basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of WLC Tech B.V.: processing the personal data is necessary to fulfill the agreement concluded with you and your company.
We do not store personal data longer than necessary. After termination of the business agreement or business relationship, personal data will be stored for a maximum of seven years after termination of the agreement for reasons of tax legislation.
Contact form
Through our contact form you can ask questions or make requests about the products and services provided by WLC Tech B.V. For this we use, among other things, your name, (often business) email address and (often business) telephone number. This information is necessary to process your question or comment. Your data will not be stored longer than necessary. The basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of WLC Tech B.V.
Newsletter
WLC Tech B.V. keeps its customers informed of the latest developments. We act in full compliance with the requirements of the e-privacy directive. Some recipients of our online (update) newsletters receive them automatically, others have actively signed up for them. All recipients of our newsletter are given the opportunity in advance to indicate that they prefer not to receive newsletters. Each newsletter also naturally contains an option to unsubscribe.
Other parties
We do not provide personal data to other companies or institutions, except when it is necessary for the services of WLC Tech B.V. Think, for example, of suppliers to WLC Tech B.V. In addition, WLC Tech B.V. has outsourced some ICT services to third parties. In certain cases we are obliged to provide your personal data to local authorities. If we share information with these other companies, they are not allowed to use the data for another purpose and must treat it confidentially, unless you yourself give permission for something else.
Data transfer
If you choose to provide us with your personal data, we may, in accordance with the law, transfer that data (if necessary) to our affiliated companies and our subsidiaries or to other external parties abroad, and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions in the world. If there is data transfer from the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries outside the EEA, WLC Tech B.V. only does so if the relevant country/company has conformed to European regulations. In case of data transfer between the EU and the US, this only takes place if the privacy shield agreement agreed between the EU and the US is complied with.
